Are countries prepping their citizens for war?
As the Russian-Ukrainian war continues to escalate, neighboring countries are getting more concerned for their citizens. Instead of being caught with their hands down, they are being proactive and asking their citizens to start prepping for war.
How are other countries handling this serious conversation? Let’s take a look at how Germany, Poland, Finland and Sweden preparing their citizens for war.

In 2016, Germany prepared a 69-page “Concept for Civil Defense”, advising their citizens to have 10-day stockpile of food and water. Today they are reviving the Cold War defence systems including their warning sirens.

If you shared an 800 mile border with Russia, wouldn’t you want everyone to be prepared also? Apartment blocks, offices and hotels have to bomb shelters in their design. How awesome is that!

Sweden has been prepping its citizens for years. Threats include terror and cyber-attacks, natural disasters, serious accidents and military conflicts.
A Community of Preppers
These are just a few examples of entire countries helping their citizens to prepare for the worse. There are public shelters, pamphlets with information, even training for the reservists -everything their citizens need to fair better.
Imagine living in a community where the majority are preppers. Like minded people are usually more willing to share resources: supplies, knowledge and skills. Whereas here in the US, preppers prefer to be low key for fear of looters. What a shame!
So if you are a lone prepper in your community, stay low key. Apply the Gray Man theory, practice situational awareness, and act like you are in need like everyone else. If everyone in the neighborhood is dressing like they haven’t seen a shower for weeks, don’t dress like the new kid on the block.

During a major emergency, the government agencies may take days or weeks to send help. What will you do in the mean time?
